Join us on Saturday, May 23, 2026 from 8:00–11:00 am, at Mission Acres in Cochrane, AB.

We tend to rely heavily on words to communicate. Yet non-verbal communication — body language, tone, facial expressions, and energy — makes up between 55–90% of how we connect with others. Non-verbal communcation carries emotion and meaning beyond words.

During this experience, you’ll get to explore ALL of your communication tools in a playful and insightful way. Together with fellow participants — and your horse partner — you’ll experiment with:

• guiding a horse without touch

• communicating without words

• using your energy to own the space

• navigating different obstacles

No riding involved. No horse experience is needed.

All you need is an open mind and a willingness to play.

This experience is an invitation to step away from the everyday and spend a few intentional hours focused on you — your presence, your awareness, and your leadership.

You'll be guided from start to finish, and we’ll pause along the way to reflect and capture insights together.
