Before becoming a coach and entrepreneur, I spent more than 25 years in corporate marketing, communications and leadership.

I understand what it’s like to lead inside an organization, manage people, navigate competing priorities, and make decisions when there isn’t a perfect answer.

Today, I combine that experience with my work as a business and leadership coach to help founders and their people become stronger, more confident, and more intentional leaders.
