Join us in person to empower your mind and body, thriving through every stage of menopause!

This educational wellness workshop, in an intimate setting, brings together three highly credentialed professionals—a neuroscientist, a holistic nutritionist, and an experienced Pilates instructor/personal trainer—to help women aged 40–50+ understand and confidently navigate peri-menopause and post-menopause.

Over six hours, participants will receive evidence-informed education on what is happening in the female brain and body during these years, practical guidance on the types of movement that best support changing physiology, and clear nutritional strategies to fuel both brain and body.

A catered, nutritious lunch and a small group size of just 15 women create a supportive and empowering learning environment.
