Hi, my name is Vera Ilnyckyj and I’m SO GLAD you’re here!
When I first started my business, I felt isolated. I was so used to having a team to brainstorm with, people to get guidance from, and a structure for my work. I realized very early on that I needed to create my own support network (because honestly, my dog Ellie was not a very helpful co-worker!).
I hired a coach, joined a mastermind, and started networking, and while all of these were beneficial, I was still missing something.
I joked with my coach that I wanted a support group for women entrepreneurs, and after hearing myself say this a few times, I did what entrepreneurs do and started a support group! I wanted a way for women to come together and have real, open, and honest conversations about their business. I wanted to know that my questions, feelings, and experiences weren’t crazy or weird. I also wanted to tap into the deep wisdom and experience of other women.
I truly believe that we are meant to live in community, in mutual support of each other, because when one woman rises, we all rise. I wanted to be part of creating this. It was, and continues to be, a deep-in-my-bones desire. That’s how and why the Fempreneurs Success Collective was born.
Looking back, bringing women together in community was something I naturally did, and today, I realize it’s part of my purpose.
One of the most fulfilling parts of my business is seeing women come together, help each other, build relationships, do courageous things, cheer each other on, and grow and evolve as people and business-women. It’s why I’m so excited about growing and expanding this beautiful community – globally. What started as a small group of women meeting over coffee, is now growing into a virtual community that helps women at all stages of their business feel connected, consistent and accountable.

Another part of my purpose is to help women discover, strengthen, and step into their purpose and into their CEO energy and power. I love using the skills and frameworks I learned during my life coach certification and during my 25+ years in the corporate world, to help women bust through their fears, get real clarity on their values and what’s most important to them, and create action steps to reach their goals.
One of my big business goals was to one day have a business partner, to create even more positive impact in the world.
The coach I mentioned above, was Lyndsie Barrie, who I hired to help me uplevel my marketing and business acumen. A huge part of the reason I hired her was because we shared a passion for helping women and hosting events and experiences for women that brought them together. We ended up co-hosting a few events and really loving the experience of working together.
In the fall of 2025, Lyndsie and I made the exciting decision to formally partner and we are thrilled at the opportunity to support women entrepreneurs at all stages of their business.
In the summer of 2025, I found myself having conversations with many women who had a side business but were scared to step into entrepreneurship full-time. I decided that I wanted to help them build a solid foundation for their business, with a plan, strategies, and support. This is something I wish I had when I quit my corporate job with zero clients and a naive thought that starting a business is easy (read more about my story). I ran the idea past Lyndsie and asked if she’d be interested in joining forces with me to create a program for aspiring women entrepreneurs. We were both SO EXCITED about the prospect of helping women AND by working together to build something that we knew would be transformational for women. That’s how the E2E (Employee to Entrepreneur) business + marketing school was born.
